Folio: 378v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter D. Grant.
First party: Lambert, son of Alan Curteys of Kokerington [Cockerington], and Sygriche, son of Robert son of Mazeline of the same vill.
Second party: Philip, son of Odo Galle of Salfleteby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: Three selions of land, containing one and a half acres and one perch with appurtenances, lying in the territory of Kokerington [Cockerington], namely between the lands of John le Vavasur [Vavasour] and William de Redburne [Redbourne] on the north side, whose westerm limit abuts upon Boscuny and towards the east upon the land which Peter de Wyhum holds. For one mark which Philip gave to Lambert in advance. To hold to Philip and his heirs of Lambert and his heirs freely, quietly, peacefully, in fee and inheritance.
