Folio: 377v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter D. Grant.
First party: Master John Galle of Salfletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Robert, son of Geoffrey Barun of Schitebrok [Skidbrooke].
Place or subject: One half acre of meadow lying in the meadows of Schitebrok [Skidbrooke], namely that which Geoffrey Barun sold to Philip, John's brother, and it lies between the meadow of William de Legesby [Legsby] on the east side and the meadow of Gilbert le Muer on the west side, and it abuts towards the south upon the meadow of Master Robert de Schitebrok and towards the north upon William's meadow. To hold to Robert, his heirs and assigns, excepting religious men and Jews, freely, quietly, well and in peace and inheritance, of John and his heirs, paying yearly to John and his heirs 12d at four terms appointed in the soke of Gaython [Gayton] for all secular services, customs and demands.
