First party: Clement, son of Anger de Saltfleteby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: John, son of Odo Galle of Saltfleteby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: All Clement's right and claim in four selions of land with appurtenances lying on the north side of Clement's croft in the same vill between John's land on the east side and the land of John son of Osbert on the west side, and they abut towards the north upon le Flete, according to the tenor of charter of Henry Lockes', by which he enfeoffed Philip Galle of this land. For a certain sum of money which John gave Clement in advance. Without any reservation. To hold of Clement and his heirs to John and his heirs or assigns freely, quietly, absolutely, entirely and peacefully, paying 3d yearly to Clement and his heirs at Michaelmas for all secular services, customs, exactions and demands.
