Place or subject: One selion of arable land in the territory of Salfletby [Saltfleetby] lying between the land of Philip Galle on the east side and the land of the lord of Stiveton [Stewton] on the west side, whose northern limit abuts upon Henglandes and the southern upon le Neudicgates. To hold of John and his heirs to Walter and his heirs or assigns freely, quietly and peacefully, in fee and inheritance, paying yearly to John and his heirs or assigns 9½d at the three terms of the year, namely 3½d at Easter, 3d at the feast of St Botolph, and 3d at Michaelmas, for all secular services, customs, suits of courts and demands.
