Place or subject: One toft and one croft which were of Adam de Oxcumbe in the vill of Thedelthorp [Theddlethorpe], containing 7½ acres, and the whole of the land which John had from Adam in the same vill, with all appurtenances; and the homage and foreign service of Philip le Vavassur [Vavasour] and his heirs from the tenement which is of the fee of Thomas de Suaby [Swaby] in the vill of Theddlethorpe, with all appurtenances, namely wards, reliefs, escheats, suits of courts and all other things. To hold of Peter and his heirs freely, quietly and in inheritance of the lords of the fees, doing to the same lords all services pertaining to those tenements.
