Second party: Master John of the same vill.
Place or subject: 3½d of annual rent which John and his predecessors were accustomed and ought to pay to Gilbert for the tenement with which John enfeoffed him and his heirs by charter, lying in the vill and territory of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby], in two places contained in the charter of enfeoffment. To hold to John and his heirs freely, quietly, well and in peace and inheritance without any challenge or demand or claim from Gilbert and his heirs or assigns.
