Folios: 374v-375. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter D. Grant.
First party: John, son of Peter Galle of Salfletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Roger, son of Alan de Cubeldyk.
Place or subject: The whole of that messuage with appurtenances which John had in the vill of Velleton [Welton], with lands and rents and all tenements with appurtenances which John had therein. To hold for the whole of Roger's life, for his homage and service, freely and quietly, doing to the chief lords of the fee the services due and accustomed, and [paying] 1d to John and his heirs at Christmas for all services and demands.
County: [Lincolnshire].
