First party: William, son of Nicholas de Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Philip, son of Odo Galle of the same vill.
Place or subject: A moiety of one croft lying in the vill of Salfletby [Saltfleetby] between the land of the church of St Peter on the west side and the land called Munkesdayle on the east side, whose limit on the north abuts upon le Neudic and the southern limit upon the land of Thomas son of Godfrey and upon the land of Hugh de Croftis. For three marks which Philip gave to William in his need. To hold to Philip and his heirs or assigns of William and his heirs freely, peacefully, in fee and inheritance. Paying yearly to William and his heirs 2s 3d, namely 9d at the each of the feasts of Pentecost, the Nativity of the Blessed Mary and Martinmas, for all services, customs and exactions.
