First party: Andrew, son of Hugh le Neucumen of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Philip, son of Odo Galle.
Place or subject: Andrew has attorned Philip and his heirs to pay yearly for him and his heirs forever 2s 8d, namely 2s 2d to the prior of Ormesby [Ormsby] at three terms of the year, at Pentecost 8½d, at the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary 8½d, and at the feast of Martinmas 9d, and to the lord of the soke of Gayton 6d, namely 1½d at each of the feasts of Christmas, Easter, St Botolph and Michaelmas. Which 2s 8d Philip Galle was accustomed to pay to Andrew yearly for 3½ acres in Saltfletby [Saltfleetby], namely for a moiety of one croft, surrounded by a ditch, called Orrecroft.
