Folio: 373. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter D. Appointment of attorney.
First party: Gilbert de Marisco.
Second party: Philip Galle of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: Gilbert has attorned and assigned Philip and his heirs or assigns to hand over on his behalf, and that of his heirs forever, to Robert Lupo [Wolf] and his heirs one pound of cumin yearly at the feast of St Botolph for all service, which pound of cumin Philip was accustomed to pay to Gilbert for those ten acres of meadow which Philip holds of him in Holmesdayle, which service Gilbert and his heirs were bound to do to Robert and his heirs for the same land.
