First party: Walter, son of Wyot de Manneby [Manby].
Second party: Philip Galle of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: Two selions of arable land with appurtenances in the parish of St Clement lying next between the land of Herbert son of Robert on the north side, abutting towards the west and the east upon Philip's land. Without any reservation. For a certain sum of money which Philip gave to Walter in advance. To hold to Philip and his heirs of Walter and his heirs freely, quietly, peacefully, in fee and inheritance. Paying 1d yearly to Walter and his heirs at the feast of St Botolph for all services, secular customs, suits of courts and demands.
