First party: Walter, son of Wyot de Manneby [Manby].
Second party: Philip Galle of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: A moiety of the whole land with appurtenances which Walter had in the territory of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby] lying between le Mardic towards the north and le Neudic towards the south, and it lies next between the land which was of Andrew Saladin on the west side and the lands of the heirs of le Noren on the east side, namely that moiety towards the west. To hold to Philip and his heirs or assigns of Walter and his heirs freely, peacefully, in fee and inheritance, and quit from all suits of court, services, customs and demands.
