First party: Walter, son of Wyot de Manneby [Manby].
Second party: Philip Galle of Salfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: Three perches of land in the territory of Salfletby [Saltfleetby] in the place called Lagland, lying next between the land which Thomas, son of Alan the reeve holds on the west side, and the land which Herbert del Hill holds on the east side, the limits of which abut upon le Hadycke towards the north and towards the south upon le Ha. To hold to Philip and his heirs of Walter and his heirs freely, quietly, well and in peace with all appurtenances without any reservation, paying yearly to Walter and his heirs one clove at the feast of St Botolph for all service, exaction and demand.
