First party: Walter, son of Wyot de Manneby [Manby].
Second party: Philip Galle of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: Two selions of arable land with appurtenances in the vill of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby] next between the land of Henry the carpenter on the east side and the land of John son of Osbert on the west side, and abutting towards the north upon the royal way and towards the south upon the land of John. For a certain sum of money which Philip gave to Walter in advance. To hold to Philip and his heirs and assigns of Walter and his heirs freely, quietly, peacefully, in fee and inheritance, paying yearly to Walter and his heirs one root of ginger at the feast of St Botolph for all services, secular customs, suits of courts and demands.
