First party: Gilbert Raven of Saltfledeby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Philip, son of Odo Galle.
Place or subject: Three perches of meadow and seventeen 'falls' in the marsh of Tirnholm lying between Philip's land next on the east side and the land of Hugh Bunting on the west, the southern sides of which abut upon Haa and the eastern sides upon le Haadickgate. Fully and entirely without any reservation, for one mark which Philip gave to Gilbert in advance. To hold to Gilbert and his heirs or assigns in fee and inheritance of Gilbert and his heirs and quit from all customs, suits of courts, services and actions.
