First party: Adam and Gilbert, sons of Ivo Ravyn of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Philip Galle of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: All their right and claim in three perches of meadow and seventeen 'falls' with appurtenances in the vill of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby], lying in Thirneholm next to Philip's meadow on the east side and the meadow of Hugh Buntincg [Bunting] on the west side, the southern sides of which abut upon le Haa and the northern sides upon le Hadicgate. Without any reservation for a certain sum of money which Philip gave to Adam and Gilbert in advance. To hold to Philip and his heirs freely, quietly, peacefully and in inheritance without any challenge or demand from Adam and Gilbert and their heirs forever.
