First party: Richard de Hudleston.
Second party: Henry de Lascy [Lacy], earl of Lincoln and constable of Chester.
Place or subject: All Richard's land and meadow with the appurtenances in the vill of Saltfleteby [Saltfleetby] which he had by the gift and grant of John Galle, son of Peter Galle, as freely and entirely as he had it by that gift, and just as the charter and quitclaim which he had from John bears witness. To hold to the earl and his heirs and assigns of Richard and his heirs and assigns freely, entirely and quietly forever, paying to Richard and his heirs and assigns one rose at the feast of St John the Baptist for all services, secular actions and demands.
