First party: Osbert and John, sons of John, son of Walter de Salfletbi [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Philip Galle of Saldfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: Two acres of meadow lying in the south fields between the lands of Walter son of Reginald and the sons of John le Taillur, whose limits abut towards the north upon the land which was of Alan son of Stepi and towards the south upon the land which was of Robert son of Askell. For three marks which Philip gave to Osbert and John in their great need. To hold to Philip and his heirs or assigns of Osbert and John and their heirs freely, quietly, and in right of inheritance, paying yearly to Osbert and John and their heirs for all services and exactions one 'kinpulum', worth one halfpenny, at the feast of St Botolph.
