First party: John and Alan, sons of Arnald Galle.
Second party: Odo Galle.
Place or subject: The whole of the land which Odo held of their father, Arnald, in Salfleteby [Saltfleetby]. To hold of John and Alan and their heirs in fee and inheritance, freely, quietly and honourably, paying 4d yearly to John and Alan and their heirs for all services, customs and exactions, namely 1d at each of the feasts of Christmas, Easter, St Botolph and Michaelmas. This land lies in Holm, in the marsh of Holm, and in Thirnholm and Wra, and one and a half acres of meadow in Kirnedaile next to Smerecroftesdic.
