First party: Alan, son of Sibyl de Grimolby [Grimoldby].
Second party: Philip, son of Odo Galle of Salfleteby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: One halfpenny of annual rent and the whole service which William the clerk, son of Richard de Trustorp [Trusthorpe], owed to Alan for one and a half acres of meadow in the meadows of Salfleteby [Saltfleetby] in Northeng, which he held of him by the assignment of Roger, vicar of Schitebrock [Skidbrooke].
