First party: Geoffrey de Kedintun.
Second party: Walter Galle.
Place or subject: Half a bovate of land in Saltfledebi [Saltfleetby], namely the whole land which Hennincg Sprentincg held of Geoffrey in the same vill, with all appurtenances, both in men and in other things. This same gift Chiene, Miruld and Mole, daughters of Hennincg, gave forever to Walter and his heirs from them and their heirs in Geoffrey's presence, as their inheritance, and also Gamel and his tenement, which is of that half-bovate. Walter and his heirs will hold this land of Geoffrey and his heirs in fee and inheritance, absolutely, quietly, freely and honourably, paying them 6s yearly for all services and to be acquitted from foreign services.
