Folio: 368v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter D. Quitclaim.
First party: Thomas, son of Martin de Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Philip Galle of the same vill.
Place or subject: The whole rent and service which Philip owed to Thomas, namely 1½d of annual rent, for the tenement which Philip holds from Thomas lying upon Milnehengland, next to the land which was of Richard son of Humphrey on the west side, and it abuts towards the north upon the land which was of Richard himself and towards the south upon le Mardic. For 2s which Philip gave to Thomas in advance. To hold to Philip and his heirs freely, quietly, well, in peace and inheritance without any claim or impediment.
