Second party: Philip Galle of Salfleteby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: One acre of meadow and one perch in the territory of that vill lying between the lands which were of Richard on both sides, the sides of which abut upon le Mardic and upon Richard's land. To hold to Philip and his heirs or assigns freely, quietly, in fee and inheritance, for 20s which Philip gave to Thomas in advance, paying yearly to Thomas and his heirs 1½d for all services, customs, suits of courts and demands, at the feast of St Botolph.
