First party: Henry Lokkes, son of Gilbert de Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Philip Galle of the same vill.
Place or subject: Four selions of arable land with appurtenances lying on the north side of the croft of Clement son of Anger of the same vill between Philip's land on the east side and the land of John son of Osbert on the west side, and they abut towards the north upon le Flete, with free entry and exit through Clement's lands, which Henry had by sale from Clement. Without any reservation, for a certain sum of money which Philip gave Henry in advance. To hold to Philip and his heirs or assigns freely, quietly, peacefully, in fee and inheritance, paying yearly to the lord of the fee the service contained in Henry's charter, for all services, secular customs, suits of courts and demands.
