First party: Adam le Vavasur [Vavasour] of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby], with the advice and assent of his heirs.
Second party: Philip, son of Odo Galle of the same vill.
Place or subject: The whole land which Adam had in the south meadows of Saltfletbi [Saltfleetby] lying between the land of Walter de Oxcumbe on the west side and the land of Walter son of Geva on the east side, and the southern limit abuts upon the land which was of Robert son of Gamell. To hold to Philip and his heirs of Adam and his heirs freely in fee and inheritance, paying yearly to Philip and his heirs 6d at the feast of St Botolph for all services, customs and exactions.
