First party: William, son of Agnes de Salfletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Andrew, son of Odo Galle.
Place or subject: Three acres and one perch of land in the territory of Salfletby [Saltfleetby] lying between the land of Odo Galle, which was of Reginald son of Mirild, on the east side, and the land of Gilbert son of Stepy on the west side, and the limits abut upon the land of Walter de Oxecumbe towards the south and upon the land of Gilbert son of Stepy towards the north. For 30s which Andrew gave to William in his great need. To hold to Andrew and his heirs of William and his heirs freely and quietly, paying yearly to William and his heirs one halfpenny at Michaelmas for all earthly service, custom and exaction.
