First party: Agnes, daughter of Richard de la Greste of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby], widow.
Second party: Philip Galle.
Place or subject: All her right and claim in three acres of land with appurtenances in the territory of Saltfletbi [Saltfleetby] lying next between the land of Gilbert son of Agnes on the east side and the land of William son of Walter on the west side, and abutting towards the north upon the land which was of Osbert de le Greste and towards the south upon the way. To hold to Philip and his heirs freely, quietly, peacefully and in inheritance, doing yearly the services and customs to the lords of the fee as is contained in Philip's charter.
