Folio: 364v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter D. Grant.
First party: Aschel Mudding, by the consent of his heirs.
Second party: Odo Galle.
Place or subject: Four acres of meadow and half a perch upon Aschel's dole, which is called Snorthchere, on the north side. For his homage and service. To hold of Aschel and his heirs freely and quietly in fee and inheritance to Odo and his heirs for 8d at farm, to be paid yearly to Aschel and his heirs at three terms, namely 2½d at Christmas, 3d at Easter and 2½d at the feast of the Assumption of St Mary, for all earthly services.
