Folio: 364v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter D. Grant.
First party: The convent of Lekeburna [Legbourne].
Second party: Odo Galle.
Place or subject: Ten acres of land, one perch less, in the territory of Salfletb' [Saltfleetby], namely from the land which pertains to the church of St Peter. These lands are, namely, half an acre which Robert Peintur held, one acre next to Gilbert Horne, one acre of meadow in Engcroft, four acres of meadow, one perch less, next to the land of Alan, two and a half acres of meadow and one acre of arable next to the land of Heliot. To hold of the convent in fee and inheritance free and quit, paying 8d to the convent yearly at the feast of St Peter in Chains for all service.
