Folio: 364. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter D. Grant.
First party: William, son of Agnes de Salfleteb' [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Andrew, son of Odo Galle.
Place or subject: Three acres and one perch of land in the territory of Salfleteb' [Saltfleetby] lying between the land which was of Reginald son of Mirrild on the east side and the land of Gilbert son of Stepy on the west side, and it abuts upon the land of Walter de Oxcumb on the south side and upon the land of Gilbert son of Stepi on the north side. For 30s which Andrew gave to William in his great need. To hold to Andrew and his heirs of William and his heirs freely and quietly, paying 2d yearly to William and his heirs at four terms, namely a halfpenny at each of the feasts of Easter, St Botolph, Michaelmas and Christmas, for all earthly service, custom and exaction.
