First party: Alan the clerk of Saltfledeby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Odo, son of Walter Galle.
Place or subject: Forty acres of land in Saltfledebi [Saltfleetby] and whatever right Alan had in those forty acres next to the church of St Clement, concerning which Alan put Odo in a plea by the king's writ. For three marks.
