Folio: 363v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter D. Quitclaim.
First party: Maud, late wife of Ranulf Russell of Salfletbi [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Master John Galle.
Place or subject: All her right and claim in all the lands which Ranulf Russell, her late husband, gave to John by charter in the vill of Salfletby [Saltfleetby]. For a certain sum of wheat and beans to be paid to Maud yearly, as is contained in a certain deed which she has in her hands from John.
County: [Lincolnshire].
Additional people: Witnesses: Robert de Sumercotes [Somercotes]; Philip le Vavasur [Vavasour]; Philip de Boner; John son of Odo; Nicholas the clerk; William, son of John son of Osbert; and Ranulf Pya.
