Second party: Philip Galle of Salfletebi [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: Five acres of arable land in the territory of Salfletebi [Saltfleetby] lying between the lands of Walter son of Andrew on the west side and Robert son of William on the east side, whose sides abut upon le Grist towards the north and upon le Flet towards the south. To hold to Philip and his heirs freely, quietly, in fee and inheritance, paying yearly 7½d at four terms, namely 2d at each of the feasts of Easter, St Botolph and Michaelmas, and 1½d at Christmas, for all services, customs, suits of courts and demands.
