First party: John, son of William de la Clote of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Philip Galle of the same vill.
Place or subject: The whole land without any reservation which John had in the territory of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby], lying between the house which was of Ranulf son of Maud and Maio, and between le Maredic and le Grist. For three marks. To hold to Philip and his heirs with all appurtenances of John and his heirs freely and in right of inheritance, paying 4d yearly to John and his heirs at the four terms appointed in the soke of Gayton.
