Place or subject: 10d of annual rent which the said Philip was accustomed to pay to Robert, for 10s which he gave to Robert in advance, for lands and tenements which he has from Robert's inheritance, namely for five acres of land at Greste; and for Reddelandeys; and for half an acre in Legayre next to the three bridges; and for three perches of meadow in Apolcroft; and for all other lands which he has from Robert's inheritance. To hold to Philip and his heirs freely, quietly, well, in peace, fee and inheritance.
