First party: Roger le Machun of Luda [Louth] and Margaret, daughter of Richard Clare of Grimolby [Grimoldby].
Second party: Philip Galle of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: Three parts of the whole land which Richard Clarke once held in Grimolby [Grimoldby], Saltfletby [Saltfleetby] and in the territories of those vills. Fully and entirely without any reservation in meadows, pastures, arable lands and all other places with all liberties, rents, easements and appurtenances pertaining to that land within those vills and outside, for 20s which Philip gave to Roger and Margaret in advance. To hold to Philip and his heirs and assigns freely, peacefully, in fee and inheritance, paying yearly to the lords of the soke of Gayton the service which pertains to those three parts of that land at the four terms appointed in the soke.
