Folio: 357v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter D. Grant.
First party: Hawise daughter of Osbert.
Second party: Andrew, son of Odo Galle.
Place or subject: One acre and one perch of land in the territory of Salfledeby [Saltfleetby] lying between the land which was of Martin son of Quenild and the land which was of Osbert, Hawise's father, and they abut upon le Fled towards the north and upon the land which was of Robert son of Miruld towards the south. For one mark which Andrew gave to Hawise. To hold of Hawise and her heirs to Andrew, his heirs or assigns freely, quietly and in inheritance, paying yearly to Hawise and her heirs one halfpenny at Christmas for all service and secular exaction.
County: [Lincolnshire].
Additional people: Witnesses: Ranulf son of Maud; Herbert son of Robert; Simon son of Avine; Gilbert son of Stepy; Walter son of Reginald; Ralph son of Ingram; and Lambert the clerk.
