Folio: 357v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter D. Grant.
First party: Robert, son of Wygot de Salfletebi [Saltfleetby], with the advice and assent of his heirs.
Second party: Walter, son of Odo Galle.
Place or subject: One acre of meadow in Hapolcroft next to the pit of West, namely that acre which Robert had in his hands to the north. To hold of Robert and his heirs freely, quietly and honourably, paying 0¾d yearly to Robert and his heirs at Christmas for all services, customs and exactions pertaining to the land.
County: [Lincolnshire].
Additional people: Witnesses: Robert, son of Gilbert de Manneby [Manby]; William son of John; Adam de Grimoleby [Grimoldby]; William the parson; Walter son of Robert; Walter de Oxecumbe; Robert son of Luke; and John and Peter, his brothers.
