Folio: 357. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter D. Grant.
First party: Walter, son of Wygot of Holm.
Second party: Gilbert, son of Robert de Suttun [Sutton-le-Marsh].
Place or subject: One toft in Barfen, namely what lies between the land of Robert son of Godric on the east side and Walter's land on the west side, and it extends upon le Adike, and one acre of meadow on the south side of Barfen, and it lies between the land of Robert son of Godric and Walter's land. To hold of Walter and his heirs to Gilbert and his heirs or assigns freely, quietly and peacefully, paying 2d yearly to Walter and his heirs at Michaelmas for all earthly services and demands.
County: [Lincolnshire].
