First party: Walter, son of Wygot of Saufleteby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Philip Galle of the same vill.
Place or subject: One selion of arable land in the territory of this vill, lying upon Holm between Philip's land on the one side and the land of Gilbert the carpenter on the other, extending in length from Adic as far as Midelgate, with all appurtenances and liberties belonging to the same land. To hold of Walter and his heirs to Philip and his heirs or assigns freely, quietly, absolutely and honourably, paying yearly one clove at Easter for all services and secular exactions.
