First party: Walter, son of Wygot de Saufletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Philip Galle.
Place or subject: One acre of land lying in Walter's croft between the land of Walter Hassocberd on the west side and Walter's own land on the east side, whose limits abut towards the south upon le A, and towards the north upon the land which Robert son of Hervey once held, with free entry and exit both with a wagon and also with a plough and other easements through the middle of Walter's land on the east side as far as the other Adic. To hold to Philip and his heirs of Walter and his heirs freely, quietly, well and in peace and inheritance, paying yearly to Walter and his heirs one pair of gloves worth one halfpenny at Michaelmas for all secular services, customs and demands.
