First party: Walter, son of Wygot del Holm of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].

Second party: Philip, son of Odo Galle of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].

Place or subject: The whole land which Walter had in the territory of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby] lying in the place called Holm between the land of Walter de Oxcumbe on the east side and the land of William, Walter's son, on the west side, and it extends in length from Mannebydic towards the north as far as Philip's land towards the south. With all other lands, rents, liberties and appurtenances, within the vill and outside. Without any reservation. To hold to Philip and his heirs and assigns of Walter and his heirs freely, peacefully, in fee and inheritance, paying yearly to Walter and his heirs white gloves or one halfpenny at the feast of St Botolph, and doing to the lord of the fee the service which pertains to the same land yearly at the terms appointed in the soke of Gayton.
