First party: Andrew Saladyn of Salfleteby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Philip, son of Odo Galle of Salfleteby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: Four and a half acres and thirty 'falls' of land in the territory of Sauflet' [Saltfleetby] lying between the land of Robert Russell on the west side and the land which was of Walter son of William on the east side, the sides of which abut towards the north upon le Neudick and towards the south upon Andrew's croft, with all liberties. Without any reservation with all easements with free entry and exit, for four marks, which Philip gave to Andrew in advance. To hold to Philip and his heirs or assigns freely, quietly, peacefully, in fee and inheritance, paying yearly to the lords of the fee 7d at four terms of the year appointed in the soke.
