Folio: 355. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter D. Grant.
First party: Robert, son of William son of Askel de Saltfletb' [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Philip, son of Odo Galle of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: One acre and twenty-four 'falls' of land in the same vill in a place called Fiskmare on the south end of Robert's selion, lying between the land of William Gamel and the land of Adam, Robert's brother, within Philip's croft and outside towards the north. To hold to Philip and his heirs and assigns, excepting religious men, of Robert and his heirs in perpetual exchange for one acre of land which Philip gave to Robert in the same vill in the place called Suthacres, lying on the south side of one selion called Milnrich.
County: [Lincolnshire].
