First party: Jordan de Brakenberge [Brackenborough].
Second party: Odo Galle.
Place or subject: Nine acres of arable land and one and a half perches in territory of Salthfletby [Saltfleetby] which lie between the land formerly of Walter Galle and the land formerly of Gilbert son of Alan, namely the whole toft and croft where Reginald son of Grunkell died. For his service. To hold to Odo and his heirs of Jordan and his heirs freely and quietly in fee and inheritance, paying yearly to Jordan and his heirs 9d only, namely 2d at each of the feasts of Christmas, Easter and the Nativity of St John the Baptist, and 3d at Michaelmas, for all service.
