First party: Osbert le Franceis of Saufletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Andrew, son of Odo Galle of the same vill.
Place or subject: Half a perch of land and four roods, namely the ground on which Andrew's mill is situated. To hold of Osbert and his heirs to Andrew and his heirs or assigns freely and quietly without impediment in right of inheritance, paying yearly to Osbert and his heirs 1d at Michaelmas for all earthly service and secular exaction.
