First party: Robert, son of Walter de Saufleteb' [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Philip Galle.
Place or subject: In the territory of Sauflet' [Saltfleetby] five acres of arable land lying on the north side of Maredic, namely four acres which lie between the lands of Roger son of Walter on both sides, the south sides of which abut upon the croft of Walter de Oxecumbe and the north sides upon le Fleth. And a fifth acre between Roger's land on the east side and the land of Herbert de Sauflet' [Saltfleetby] on the west side, whose south side abuts upon Roger's land and the north side upon le Flet. To hold to Philip and his heirs freely, quietly and honourably, paying yearly to the chief lord of the fee 8d at Christmas by Robert's assigns for all services, suits of courts and demands.
