First party: Robert, son of Walter at the church of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Philip, son of Odo Galle of the same vill.
Place or subject: Two acres of land in Saltfletby [Saltfleetby] lying in two selions next between the lands of Roger, son of Walter at the church on both sides, and abutting upon le Flet towards the north and upon Robert's land towards the south, with free entry and exit and all appurtenances. Fully and entirely without any reservation. To hold to Philip, his heirs and assigns of Robert and his heirs freely, peacefully, in fee and inheritance, paying yearly to Robert and his heirs 1d at the feast of St Botolph for all services, customs and exactions.
