Folio: 352v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter D. Grant.
First party: Robert, son of Walter at the church of Saltfletebi [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Philip, son of Odo Galle of the same vill.
Place or subject: Three acres of land with all appurtenances in Salfletebi [Saltfleetby], two acres of which lie in two selions lying together between the lands of Roger son of Walter, Robert's brother, on both sides, and they abut upon Robert's land towards the south and upon le Flet towards the north. And the third acre lies in the same territory between Roger's land on the east side and the land of Herbert son of Robert on the west side, and it abuts upon Roger's land towards the south and upon le Flet towards the north, notwithstanding any deed completed between them concerning that land, demised to the same man for a term. For three marks which Philip gave to Robert. To hold to Philip and his heirs and assigns of Robert and his heirs freely, peacefully, in fee and inheritance. Paying yearly to Robert and his heirs 2d at the feast of St Botolph for all services, customs and exactions.
