First party: Andrew, son of Hugh de Saufledby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Philip Galle.
Place or subject: Half an acre of meadow in the territory of Saufledby [Saltfleetby] lying between Philip's lands on both sides on the west side of the croft of Ranulf Pya, whose limit abuts upon le Neudic towards the north and upon the land of the church of All Saints towards the south, with all appurtenances. To hold to Philip and his heirs of Andrew and his heirs freely, quietly, absolutely and honourably, paying yearly to Andrew and his heirs 1d at the feast of St Botolph for all secular service, exaction, customs and demands.
